Online Training & Nutrition Program

Program Overview

This all-inclusive program is designed to cater to a diverse range of individuals and covers all things training and nutrition. Our mission is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals through personalized training plans and expert nutritional guidance. Check-ins will occur weekly to track progress and adjust training, nutrition, and suggested cardio as needed. The training program will be tailored to your specific needs and goals, whether you're looking to build muscle, lose weight, or improve overall fitness and performance. Video demonstrations will be available to ensure proper form and reduce the risk of injury. This nutrition component is broken down into two (2) separate tiers depending on the level of guidance desired. ___Tier 1: Training Program & Custom Macros___ This a more hands-off approach. Our team will review the information provided in the intake take/questionnaire to determine appropriate macros to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. In addition to custom macros, educational materials on macro tracking and meal ideas will be provided at the onset of the program for additional guidance. Any adjustments or changes to macros will be made based on weekly check-ins to ensure you stay on track and hit your target goal. ___Tier 2: Training Program & Macro Meal Plan___ This is a more hands-on approach. In addition to what's provided until Tier 1, under Tier 2 you will receive a meal plan weekly with new recipes and updated macros. Each meal plan includes suggested food measurements per meal, easy-to-follow cooking instructions, and an associated grocery list. The meal plan will be curated based on food preferences and lifestyle. More specifically, the food measurements suggested in the meal plan are calculated to equate to your specific daily macro intake goal. The aim is to simplify the process - all you have to do is follow through!
